Getting Started
We would love if you got in a contact; we would start with a conversation to understand your needs before recommending the most suitable support.
This depends on availability and the type of support required. We are always happy to discuss options further.

Therefore, we urge you to reach out if something does not feel right, we will always be ready to listen to any concerns, working closely together to adjust the support to what feels right.

FAQs
General
We currently support learners from secondary school through to university level. However, if you require primary or any other level of support please do get in contact and we will always do our best to help.
Each stage of support is shaped around the learner’s needs and level of independence.
At this time we offer online support.
However, we will always discuss what works best for the learner and depending on location and availability, we will do our best to match a tutor with in person support if it is what the learner needs.
We take time to understand each learner’s needs, learning style and goals before carefully matching them with a tutor who offers both subject expertise and a supportive, mentoring approach.
Some families work with us for focused support around a particular stage, while others choose ongoing mentorship. We’re happy to talk through what feels right.
Private Tuition / GCSE Mentorship
No. While we support learners through GCSEs, our focus goes beyond exams. We help students build confidence, understanding and effective study habits that support lifelong learning.
Not at all. Many learners come to us for reasons beyond just learning the content this could be for confidence building, structure or reassurance; not just because they’re finding things difficult.
This varies depending on the learner’s needs. We will recommend a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
Our tutors may suggest follow up tasks where helpful, this is at the tutors discretion. We aim to keep learning balanced and manageable rather than overwhelming.
University Support
We support students with coursework, academic writing, understanding lecture content, organisation, applications and planning next steps; always with a focus on independence and confidence.
No. We guide students in developing their own ideas, structure and academic voice, rather than doing work on their behalf.
We would argue our support is particularly suitable for the first year of University when students are adjusting to independent study and higher academic expectations.
Our support is adapted to every stage of the university journey.
We are happy to work directly with students, fostering independence whilst keeping parents informed where appropriate and agreed.
